Founded in 1977, Omega Institute is one of the US's largest holistic learning centers, offering workshops, retreats, and trainings with world-class teachers in wellness, spirituality, creativity, and social change. Based in Rhinebeck, New York, it serves over 23,000 people annually and has hosted luminaries including Thich Nhat Hanh, Deepak Chopra, and Brené Brown.
